Got the X-Ray results - ‘indicative of stress fracture’
Well I finally had the call from my GP with the results to m X-Ray I had a couple of weeks ago…
The radiologist has said that there are medical signs that are indicative of a stress fracture in the fibula. But, just as my physio said, the X-Ray isn’t conclusive so my GP is now going to refer me for an isotope bone scan.
I feel slightly relieved that first of all the physio was right, and secondly that I’m close to knowing just what’s wrong.
I really am missing running now. Swimming just doesn’t cut it.
