		<description>Thanks for those tips, i do a lot of weight lifting and strength training and on occassions i use running by means of sprints and uphill long distance endurance jogging in order to shed pounds before my body exhibitions.

  I suffer from lower body neglect (chicken legs) as my upper body is over developed meaning that shin splints often occur due to the difference in my cartoon like character.
