		<description>I tried Quinoa for the first time today, and really really liked it! Thanks for your tip on adding the veg stock, gave it a really hearty flavour.

The reason why I am trying it is to cut out all wheat and gluten from my diet and quinoa is meant to be a good substitute.</description>
