Hmmmmmm I went to Sweatshop but had a totally different time
I ended up in Brooks Beast shoes that are killing me after some time I went to another shop and had a video check Sweatshop didnt he just watched me running up and down the shop, anyway I was overpronating so much in the Beast shoes I have had to rethink my running,

- First call is a podiatrist (finding a good one seems to be hard especially in the U.k.) I am visiting the rebound center in settle this seems to have had good reviews :-)

Fingers crosses cos at the moment I cant run due to
knee pain
ancle pain
foot pain
back pain (even had a disc removed as this I was told was the problem and apparently flat feet and fallen arches dont cause back pain) "quote form the various doctirs and physio`s I have seen even the surgeon seemed to think this!
leg pain
sciatica
cramps in legs
and finally SHIN splints
Hmmmmm ..................
