First morning of loose achilles tendons for months!



My first sports massage session yesterday seems to have already had a positive effect on my tight achilles tendons.

As soon as I woke up tis morning I flexed my feet several times in bed before getting up. And then after several months of a slight hobble to the bathroom I managed to walk practically normally straight away. My calves were tight but the achilles tendons and heels felt fine.

I then performed my daily stretches and felt even better. The golf ball exercise for planter fasciitis really did hurt, but I could notice the difference straight away.

So, so far so good.
